Utility Bill Review

Past Overpayments - Fifty percent (50%) of all credits and/or refunds that are secured as a result of our work.

Future Savings - Fifty percent (50%) of any future savings, for a three year period, you recieve as the result of our work. Future savings is limited to situations where a past overcharge can not be secured but future bills can be reduced. This is discussed with the client before any action is taken and a seperate agreement covering the specific issue is agreed upon.

Submetering

Fees range from $2.00 to $10.00 per meter per month. It depends on the individual clients needs; the manner in which the readings can be obtained; the amount of tenants; and other issues. Call us for a quote on your specific property.

ESCO Consulting

One percent (1%) of the buildings total gas or electric costs for one year.
