Our computer system consists of two servers running RAID 5 drives with full backup systems. In addition we have complete backup batteries on all systems and two high speed printers should you prefer paper bills to an electronic format.

We can send bills to the tenants directly or provide you with an electronic file of your choice that can be incorporated into your monthly accounts receivable.
